Welcome to our FAQ page. Here we have sorted out common questions about product customization, shipping time, shipping cost, quality assurance and certification to help global customers understand our cooperation rules quickly and clearly.

1. What is your production lead time?

Our standard production lead time is 7 to 20 working days based on regular order quantities.
For large bulk orders or special customized orders, we will evaluate the production schedule separately and confirm the exact delivery time with customers in advance to ensure stable delivery.

2. Who will bear the shipping freight?

We adopt an international standard B2B cooperation model.
All shipping costs and related logistics fees are borne by the customer.
We will assist customers in providing accurate product weight, volume and shipping documents to support customers’ logistics arrangement.

3. Do you support product customization?

Yes, we support both ODM and OEM customization services for two-way radios and accessories. 

For ODM oder, Logo customization is available, and all relevant costs shall be borne by the customer. Simple ODM modifications such as frequency adjustments are acceptbale with low minimum oder quantity (5 - 20 units).

For full OEM projects that require new mold development, we require a minimum order quantity of 2,000 - 5,000 units or customers can cover the one-time mold fee to proceed with lower volumes.  All customized products will undergo full functional testing before delivery to ensure stable operation in your local market.

4. What is your product quality guarantee?

We have long-term stable cooperative manufacturing factories with mature production systems and strict quality control standards.
Every batch of products will pass complete appearance inspection, functional test and aging test before delivery. We insist on stable and reliable product quality to support long-term wholesale and overseas distribution business.

5. Do you support small batch trial orders?

We support flexible order cooperation. For trial orders and regular wholesale orders, we provide unified professional pre-sale consultation, technical confirmation and after-sales follow-up service to meet different customer business needs.

6. What is your MOQ for products?

For walkie talkies, our standard MOQ is 2 units, and for accessories (earpiece , battery or charger etc.) it's 10 pieces. We also accept flexible trial orders for long-term cooperative customers.  ODM or OEM orders shall be confirmed before ordered.

7. What after-sales service do you provide?

We provide professional technical support and product usage guidance for all cooperative customers.
If customers have any questions about product frequency setting, function operation and product matching, our team will respond and offer solutions within 24 hours.

8. What is the deposit and payment rules?

  • Sample & small orders (≤500 USD): PayPal payment is accepted.
  • Bulk formal orders (over 500 USD): Only T/T wire transfer to our corporate bank account; personal account remittance is not allowed.
  • Please mark Company Name + PI No./Order No. in payment memo for easy fund tracking.
