What is the deposit and payment rules?

  • Sample & small orders (≤500 USD): PayPal payment is accepted.
  • Bulk formal orders (over 500 USD): Only T/T wire transfer to our corporate bank account; personal account remittance is not allowed.
  • Please mark Company Name + PI No./Order No. in payment memo for easy fund tracking.

We mainly accept T/T telegraphic transfer for bulk orders, which is the standard payment term for B2B trade. PayPal is only available for samples or small orders.

  1. Order value less than 500 USD: Full payment is required. Goods will be prepared after payment confirmation.
  2. Order value from 500 USD to 3,000 USD: 30% deposit shall be paid in advance.
  3. Order value over 3,000 USD up to 5,000 USD: 40% deposit shall be paid in advance.
  4. Oder value exceeding 5,000 USD: 50% deposit shall be paid in advance.

    General Settlement & Delivery Rules

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
  • Real product photos and packing pictures will be provided to clients before delivery.
  • New customers are recommended to place small trial orders first. Bulk orders can be accepted after stable cooperation is established.  All transactions follow unified payment standards.
