Refund Policy (30-Day Quality Return – B2B Wholesale)

We provide professional B2B wholesale services for two-way radios, marine radios, vehicle radios, repeaters and related accessories.
We accept product returns within 30 calendar days after delivery only if the items have manufacturer quality defects, functional failure, or factory errors.
All returned goods must be:
• Unmodified
• Unused
• With original packaging, labels and complete accessories
• Without artificial damage or customer improper operation
2. Non-Returnable Situations (B2B Rules)
The following situations do not support return or refund:
• Customer ordered wrong model, wrong quantity or personal preference issues
• Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, water damage or physical impact
• Bulk wholesale orders that have been partially used or resold
• Custom ODM / OEM customized products
• Normal wear after daily use
• Returns over 30 days
1. Buyer must contact our official email (info@moysar.net) to apply for return authorization
2. We will inspect the returned goods after receiving the package
3. If confirmed as factory quality problem, full refund or replacement will be arranged
4. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via original payment channel
• Quality problem: We bear the return shipping cost
• Customer reason return: Buyer bears all shipping fees and handling fees
